A few drawbacks
Drawback #1 - If you want to set the alarm at 7pm for the next morning, the alarm time needs to be about 6:30 or earlier. If you get too close to the actual time, then the alarm goes off as you are holding it.
Drawback #2 - there is no volume control.
Disapppointed with Duck Talking Alarm Clock
I purchased 2 of these clocks within the last year. The first one stopped working after about a month and the second one came broken in the box. Apparently it was not packaged correctly. I tried to return the last one since it came broken but I was not able to due to the reason code. I was very disappointed. My daughter who is 8 absolutely loved this clock. I would love to have a working one because it is very cute.
Fun clock for my 1st grader
My six-year-old daughter loves this clock, and always makes sure it's by her bed at night. During the day, she often uses it in play. The quacking is very loud and satisfying, but we don't use it as an alarm clock, so I can't review that element of its function. My only complaint is that the batteries died within a few days.
